One-to-one or small group yoga classes can help you gain a deeper understanding of yoga and its origins. If you are new to yoga, having some private sessions with Katy before joining a class will help you to familiarise yourself with the practice and learn about the basics. These sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home, and you can work with Katy to tailor a session that is personal to your own needs. It can also be nice for a small group of friends to get together to practice, learn and develop in a relaxed, friendly, supportive and fun environment.
