Retreats and Holidays

Find nature, nourishment and community at one of our retreats

Our retreats are certainly not all about asana practice! Nature and community play an integral part…

We want to give people permission to step away from their busy lives for a moment, to slow down and find a sense of calm that they can integrate back into the everyday. We want to get closer to nature, feel immersed; observing, experiencing and feeling the wonders of Mother Earth.

We do this through living in temporary community, often on permaculture land, walking pilgrims paths, communing around the fire, being nourished by locally sourced food and through gentle connection with one another, and slowly, softly remembering that what’s taking place out there in nature is also happening inside of us us. For once we slow down and observe nature, we realise we are nature.

I booked the retreat very last minute, feeling quite frantic, stressed, caught up in my head, tired of London pace. As soon as I arrived, I felt immersed in nature, nourishing food and company. It was such a great group, and felt happy to chat and get to know people, but also be quiet and replenish myself. The yoga was gentle and I feel more in touch with my body, and grounded, the fires were beautiful, the massage was soothing. I feel so much better and REALLY don’t want to go! – Rose
