Transformational Yoga, Nutrition and Massage at The Quadrangle, Kent – Nov 2014

10 – 12 November 2014: Transformational Yoga, Nutrition and Massage at The Quadrangle, Kent

quadrangleThis autumn we’re creating a special weekend after the weekend, of yoga, meditation, nutrition and massage, and fresh countryside air, less than an hour away from London.

We are returning to the Quadrangle in Shoreham, Kent for a special Monday to Wednesday retreat. Each day will consist of a gentle rhythm of transformational yoga and meditation sessions,
time and space for massage, reading and walks, nutritious meals and group discussion. We will be upstairs in the Granary, with spaces limited to 10 attendees.

No previous experience of yoga or meditation is necessary to attend; any experience level and ability welcome, from absolute beginner to yoga master. Relax, detox, recharge with a delicious practice in a beautiful setting, less than an hour from London by train. £220 per person all inclusive – yes, one massage per person is also included in the price.

We will practice Transformational Yoga through asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and dhyana (mantra meditation), to purify our physical body and awaken our subtle bodies. Our practice will be focused on the chakras and understanding of the wheels of energy. A great purification, even for the teachers among us to re-energize your practice. For beginners it is a step into consciousness.
